Sinus Lifting and Bone Augmentation

Sufficient bone volume is essential for the success of dental implant treatment. However, bone loss in the jaw may occur due to long-term tooth loss, infections, or bone resorption. In such cases, advanced surgical procedures like sinus lifting and bone augmentation become necessary.

Sinus Lifting (Sinus Elevation):
When there is not enough bone height in the posterior upper jaw to place an implant, the floor of the sinus cavity is elevated, and bone graft material is placed in the area. This creates a solid foundation for implant placement.

Bone Augmentation (Bone Grafting):
If the jawbone lacks sufficient width or height, graft materials are used to increase bone volume. This technique makes previously unsuitable areas ready for implant treatment.

Both procedures are safely performed under local anesthesia using modern techniques and have high success rates. At our clinic, these advanced surgical interventions are carried out with meticulous planning by experienced specialists.
